Santa Claus Club Members, I would like to thank all the people who
have helped pack boxes and shuttle goods to
Mexico. We now work year round providing needy
services to the barrios of Rocky Point.
We now deliver food boxes,
bikes, toys and clothes into the barrios on a
weekly basis. The schedule varies week to week
depending on the goods that arrive in Rocky
Point. We try to deliver bikes on Thursday and
Friday, clothes and toys on Friday and Saturday,
and food boxes on Saturday. The food boxes we
deliver contain all non-perishable food items,
such as beans, rice, flour, masa (corn meal),
cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar,
non-refrigerated milk, and cups of soup. Each box
contains approximately 40 pounds of food.
